Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our partner in China.

United States shipping: $4.99 per order.
Other destinations: available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout.
Tracking: a tracking link is sent by email after your order ships.

Delivery timing varies by destination and carrier. A firm delivery estimate will be added before launch.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with original packaging and accessories.

Please contact Ruely before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
