Returns
Unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, in original condition and returned with original packaging.
- For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos before returning it.
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
